About the role

The Yoga and Meditation Instructor at Miraval The Red Sea leads transformative movement‑based experiences that blend mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and holistic fitness. The role supports guests in achieving physical, mental and emotional well‑being through personalized and group sessions in a culturally respectful resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, tai chi, breathwork, Qi Gong, sound healing, Pilates and other mindful movement modalities, tailoring each experience to guest needs.
• Guide guests through personalized programs focused on strength, flexibility, mindfulness and inner balance.
• Deliver educational workshops on posture, movement awareness, stress reduction and energy‑balancing techniques.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment, addressing diverse backgrounds, abilities and wellness goals.
• Ensure all sessions align with Miraval’s mindfulness‑based approach and comply with Saudi Arabia’s health, wellness and hospitality regulations.
• Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and proper use of movement spaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Wellness team to integrate movement practices into broader well‑being programs.
• Stay updated on research, trends and best practices in mindful movement and continuously refine teaching techniques.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by creating articles, blog posts and promotional content that highlight movement‑based offerings.
