About the role

The Yoga & Meditation Instructor at Miraval The Red Sea creates transformative movement experiences that blend mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and holistic fitness. You will guide guests toward physical, mental, and emotional well‑being through both private and group sessions in a culturally respectful resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, breathwork, sound healing, and other mindful movement modalities.
• Design personalized programs focusing on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and inner balance.
• Deliver educational workshops on posture, movement awareness, stress reduction, and energy balancing.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and cleanliness of movement spaces and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia’s health, wellness, cultural, and hospitality regulations.
• Collaborate with the Wellness team to integrate movement practices into broader guest‑experience programs.
• Contribute content for marketing initiatives, such as articles and blog posts highlighting movement‑based offerings.

Required profile

• Passion for holistic wellness and guest service in a luxury resort setting.
• Ability to adapt sessions to diverse backgrounds, physical abilities, and wellness goals.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, and breathwork.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment maintenance for movement spaces.
