2D/3D Graphic Designer for Events

About the role

Eventat is seeking a creative 2D/3D Graphic Designer to join its Riyadh team. You will work closely with event managers, production crews, and clients to transform concepts into compelling visual experiences for events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D layouts and 3D designs for stages, exhibition booths, branding elements, and immersive environments.
• Develop mood boards, visual concepts, and detailed renderings.
• Prepare production‑ready files for fabrication and installation.
• Refine designs based on client and internal feedback while ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with lighting, material, and spatial planning teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall event impact.

Required profile

• Strong 3D design and modeling abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design for 2D layouts, signage, and event collateral.
• Experience with lighting visualization and basic animation or motion elements.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, or interior‑related 2D/3D work.
• Excellent spatial awareness and understanding of fabrication constraints.
• Effective communication and ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic and/or English language skills are a plus.
