Account Manager

About the role

Standard of Implementation is seeking an Account Manager to drive client relationships and oversee event delivery in Riyadh. The role blends sales activities with hands‑on operational execution, ensuring that business opportunities are turned into successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and proposal discussions, preparing quotations, scopes of work and event proposals.
• Coordinate internal teams to align solutions with client objectives and support negotiations and closing of commercial agreements.
• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, translating client briefs into operational plans, managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination and onsite supervision.
• Oversee branding, production, catering, AV and venue requirements, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.
• Prepare post‑event reports, evaluations and maintain operational quality in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, event management, sales or client servicing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
• Commercial mindset with operational discipline and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for proposal and presentation preparation.
