About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and support operations in the Oil & Gas sector in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves frequent on‑site engagement with client teams and oversight of crew HSE and scheduling matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and align client expectations with company goals.
- Attend client meetings and work from client offices, meeting operations teams 3‑4 times a week.
- Guide and support crew on HSE matters, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage crew rotations, oversee timesheet collection, and assist with new crew requirements and CV approvals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow business and enhance GET’s regional growth.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong client management skills with ability to foster business growth.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- English language proficiency.
