Account Manager – Partner Restaurants

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our Sales Department. In this role you will be the main point of contact for our partner restaurants, ensuring they are satisfied and successful on the Ninja platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition and Operations teams to facilitate onboarding and smooth transitions.
• Monitor partner performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to boost engagement and sales.
• Cross‑sell Ninja products, track ROI, and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to offer strategic insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
