AI Conversation Specialist - Najdi Saudi Arabic

About the role

We are looking for AI Business Conversation Analysts to support the development and improvement of AI models in Saudi Arabic (Najdi). This freelance, remote position offers a flexible part‑time schedule (10+ hours per week) and an hourly rate of $15.

Key responsibilities

• Review a scenario and identify the information or outcome to be explored.
• Write a 10‑15 turn written conversation with the AI, progressively developing the topic.
• Cover topics such as financial analysis, business reporting, research/policy evaluation, and data‑driven decision support.
• Conduct the conversation in both English and Saudi Arabic (Najdi) while maintaining logical flow and professional tone.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Saudi Arabic (Najdi).
• Strong command of English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Analytical and business mindset with excellent written communication skills.
• Background in business/data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
