AI Project Manager / Scrum Master – Senior Associate (KSA Nationals)

About the role

PwC Middle East’s AI Centre of Excellence is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Generative AI initiatives across the region. The role combines Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination and governance to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and support backlog refinement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans, tracking progress and managing risks.
• Act as the central point of coordination between product managers, architects, developers, QA and business analysts.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards and RAID registers in line with AI CoE governance.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles, preferably on AI, data or software development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• PMI‑PMP certification is preferred.
