About the role

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Analyst to join its Heidrick Consulting team. The Analyst supports client engagements and product development by researching, gathering, interpreting and presenting complex data. This entry‑level consulting position offers exposure to senior leaders across industries and geographies while developing expertise in organizational transformation, leadership assessment and culture shaping.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, organize and analyze client data, and present findings in a clear, client‑ready format.
• Identify data themes using qualitative and basic quantitative techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Develop interview guides, surveys and other data‑collection tools with limited guidance.
• Prepare client deliverables, including reports and presentations, that convey results compellingly.
• Support client meetings, including second‑chairing assessments and facilitating discussions.
• Take ownership of assigned work, manage timelines, and ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in research and data interpretation.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for deliverables.
