Analyzer Technician (Maintenance)

About the role

The Analyzer Technician will perform daily maintenance activities—including routine, preventive, and corrective tasks—to ensure safe and efficient plant operation. This role supports the plant’s operational continuity and contributes to a culture of high‑quality maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine, preventive (PM), corrective (CM) and walkthrough maintenance according to Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).
• Utilize updated governance tools such as Operation Management Systems (OMS), Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) and Quality Assurance System Management (QASIM).
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required maintenance forms.
• Ensure proper housekeeping after each activity.
• Report findings, abnormalities, and provide feedback to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to operational and maintenance emergencies.
• Participate in all mandatory on‑the‑job and classroom training sessions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, make informed decisions, and propose best‑practice solutions.
• Carry out additional departmental assignments as required.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Instrument Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
