Architect – Senior Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architect / Senior Architectural Supervisor will lead the architectural supervision of projects, ensuring that designs, specifications, and quality standards are fully adhered to. This role focuses on overseeing finishing works, fit‑out, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration activities to guarantee successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee finishing, fit‑out, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Support project handover and closeout activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Professional Engineer membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in architectural supervision.
• Strong experience in finishing, fit‑out, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
