Architectural & Interior Designer

About the role

Masan, a Riyadh‑based real estate development firm, is seeking an Architectural & Interior Designer to join its on‑site team. The role involves creating innovative architectural concepts, detailed construction drawings, and functional interior spaces that align with the company’s vision for quality, sustainability, and inspired lifestyles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural designs and detailed construction drawings for residential and hospitality projects.
• Plan efficient space layouts that balance functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design alignment with project specifications.
• Select, source, and coordinate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to meet design objectives.
• Integrate interior design elements and oversee the execution of high‑quality, aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design, preferably in luxury property development or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for quality design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
