Assistant Brand Manager – Global Consumer Brand Management

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as an Assistant Brand Manager and work with cross‑functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategy aligned with the brand vision. You will help drive sustainable growth, support profit‑and‑loss management and contribute to new product development and platform opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy for designated brands and develop product and packaging initiatives.
• Implement pricing strategies and plan integrated marketing communication and media plans.
• Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing plans.
• Ensure marketing plans meet revenue, profit, and market‑share objectives.
• Develop and launch 360‑degree integrated marketing communications and campaigns based on consumer insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to deliver results autonomously and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and strategic commercial acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to build compelling stories.
