Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will support the Director in leading all food and beverage operations at The Ritz‑Carlton Amaala. This full‑time position oversees restaurants, in‑room dining, cafés and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, safety and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all F&B outlets and staff.
• Monitor daily activities, performance and compliance with operational policies.
• Ensure HACCP, OSHA and regional alcoholic beverage regulations are consistently applied.
• Assist in developing the strategic plan, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory management and cost control.
• Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to attract local clientele.
• Develop and mentor the outlet management team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
