Assistant Manager - Sales Operations (KSA)

Join Bayut, the Kingdom's leading real estate portal, as an Assistant Manager of Sales Operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of post-sales operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless transaction flows and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Main Missions

• Manage the end-to-end execution of post-sales operations to ensure high service standards.
• Oversee client payment verification, document compliance, and Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) controls.
• Prepare data for revenue recognition and maintain high-visibility transaction reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a team of associates, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product/Dev, and Customer Support teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries regarding transactions, refunds, and claims.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively propose process improvements and SOP optimizations.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar operational management role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding financial compliance and legal documentation (SPA).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and report on transaction visibility.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between multiple departments.
