Assistant Store Manager – Saudi National Only

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail beauty store in Saudi Arabia. The role requires full‑time, on‑site presence and will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and coach a best‑in‑class sales team.
• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales objectives and KPI’s aligned with the brand vision.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, produce reports and insights to optimise stock.
• Provide regular coaching to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside the team on the sales floor, demonstrating hands‑on leadership.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, create schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Plan forecasts and staff rotas taking seasonal peaks into account.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and in‑store events in collaboration with regional management.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
• Deliver operational excellence through regular training, adhering to regional culture and local legislation.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience in the GCC beauty sector.
• Strong track record of meeting sales and customer service targets and KPIs.
• Experience in inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with solid business acumen.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
