Associate Director - Asset Finance Business Partner

About the role

Act as the strategic finance partner for assigned assets and business units, delivering financial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment support. The role is positioned within the Finance Business Partners structure to drive business performance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.
• Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, CFA) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, asset management, or a related finance function.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder management experience.
