Associate / Full Professor in Supply Chain Management

About the role

Effat University College of Business is seeking qualified candidates for full‑time faculty positions at the rank of Associate or Full Professor in Supply Chain Management. The successful professor will join a dynamic academic community, teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses and contributing to the college’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct high‑quality scholarly research and publish in top‑tier journals.
• Secure research funding and develop collaborations with industry partners.
• Participate in departmental and college service, including curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• PhD, MSc and BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Demonstrated record of high‑impact research and publications.
• Ability to attract research grants and maintain strong industry connections.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with proficiency in English.
