Backhoe Operator

About the role

The company is seeking experienced Backhoe Operators to join a team working on Saudi Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia. Operators will handle backhoe equipment for excavation, material handling and site preparation in the petroleum and power sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate backhoe machines safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and site assessment protocols.
• Calculate loads and manage material handling tasks.
• Navigate varied terrain and execute excavation techniques as required.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of backhoe operation experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Aramco certification or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum education up to 10th grade.
• Ability to work on shift schedules and overtime.
