Banquet & Events Sales Specialist

About the role

The Banquet & Events Sales Specialist drives sales and revenue for EWAA Hotels' banquet halls and event spaces. You will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and coordinate event requirements to ensure successful execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all booking inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, walk‑ins and other channels.
• Promote and sell banquet halls, event spaces, packages and related services.
• Conduct professional hall tours and site visits for prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and customized packages based on customer requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales within approved pricing and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, reservations, tentative and confirmed bookings, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Banquet, Operations, F&B, Finance and other departments to fulfil client needs.
• Develop relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, agencies and repeat customers.
• Monitor market pricing, competitor activities and promotional trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and booking targets and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in banquet, events or venue sales.
• Proven track record of selling and booking banquet halls or event venues.
• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh events, weddings and corporate functions market.
• Target‑driven with a demonstrated ability to meet sales and revenue goals.
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent Arabic preferred and good English communication skills.
