Barista – Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Barista to join our vibrant coffee outlet at Sofitel Riyadh. In this role you will craft high‑quality specialty beverages while delivering exceptional service that enhances each guest’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, inform them about specials, answer questions, and process orders and payments.
• Promote coffee consumption by educating customers and selling coffee beans, equipment, and accessories.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino, etc.) following prescribed recipes.
• Generate revenue by attracting new customers and introducing expanded services and products.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, brewing equipment, pastries, and supplies.
• Ensure equipment operates smoothly through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and arranging repairs.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment in line with organizational standards.
• Continuously improve quality by studying brewing methods, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
