Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to translate business needs into high‑quality digital solutions. You will ensure that requirements are well‑defined, prioritized, and aligned with user value and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Assist Product Managers in grooming the backlog, ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready.
• Document current and future‑state processes using BPMN or UML diagrams.
• Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Define test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end‑users.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to recommend enhancements or pivots.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Life Cycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• SQL querying skills.
• Experience using modeling tools such as Visio (or similar BPMN/UML tools).
