Business Consulting Specialist - HR

About the role

The Business Consulting Specialist – HR will support the optimisation of HR operations within a rail‑transport environment. You will enhance documentation standards, strengthen compliance, and drive overall effectiveness of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse HR operational performance and deliver data‑driven improvement recommendations.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations and management briefings.
• Support the development, review and continuous update of HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Assist in preparing compliance‑related HR documentation, investigations and employee‑relations cases.
• Review HR processes to identify gaps, risks and non‑compliance, proposing corrective actions.
• Contribute to HR planning activities, including workforce planning inputs and process mapping.
• Coordinate with HR specialists to gather data and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Follow up on the implementation of approved HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper control and security of HR documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in HR operations, coordination or business support within transport or passenger‑transport sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
