About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager (also titled Client Engagement Manager) to lead end‑to‑end sales activities in Riyadh. The role will focus on prospecting, lead generation, account management and upselling across the IT services and technology solutions market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in system integration, IT services and technology solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including proposal preparation and negotiation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely payment collection.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients in sectors such as BFSI, public sector, healthcare and transportation.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the KSA market.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in system integration, IT services or technology solutions.
- Strong track record in both new‑business development and account management within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
