About the role
Pi Flow is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Kingdom. This full‑time remote position will focus on securing new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the accounting, fintech, legal, and HR sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prospect and negotiate partnership agreements with legal, fintech, and HR organisations.
- Prepare and deliver client‑specific proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product and service offerings.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of proven B2B business development or strategic partnership experience.
- Native or full‑professional fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Highly self‑disciplined with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced value‑based persuasion and closing techniques.
