About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of our partner ecosystem and system integrator network while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This senior position requires strategic planning, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of ICT solutions for public safety and critical communications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and system integrators.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Create and execute sales and marketing action plans aligned with departmental strategy.
- Prepare performance reports, analyse data, and implement improvements for projects and accounts.
- Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly, and resolve billing issues.
- Monitor inventory, track sales outflows, and manage related logistics.
Required profile
- Graduate in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with strong client networks in the public safety or operator sector.
- Familiarity with project operations, bidding processes, and ICT solutions such as critical communication, command centres and CCTV.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven interpersonal abilities, team‑player attitude and self‑motivated work style.
- Professional demeanor and good moral character.
