Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Pure Renewables Commercial Ltd is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to establish the company in the market and build a pipeline of large‑scale industrial and commercial heat‑pump projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Saudi‑market business development strategy for industrial and commercial heat‑pump and decarbonisation projects.
• Leverage an existing professional network to secure introductions and meetings with senior decision‑makers, consultants, developers, EPC and MEP contractors.
• Identify organisations with significant heating, cooling or process‑heat needs where large‑scale heat‑pump technology is viable.
• Build relationships with key consultants and specifiers to promote early specification of heat‑pump solutions.
• Collaborate with UK‑based sales and engineering teams to assess opportunities and craft technically and commercially sound proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular updates on opportunities, market developments and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Significant business development or senior commercial experience within Saudi Arabia, with a strong, established network in industrial, commercial, construction, energy, HVAC or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to generate introductions and create new commercial opportunities for complex technical or infrastructure solutions.
• Deep understanding of Saudi business culture, relationship building and long‑term trust development.
• Confidence managing long, complex sales cycles and negotiating at senior level.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of heat‑pump technology and HVAC systems.
• Experience with MEP engineering concepts and energy‑efficiency solutions.
• Understanding of renewable‑energy and decarbonisation principles.
