Business Strategy Senior Consultant

About the role

The Business Strategy Senior Consultant will join BEAMRA’s Riyadh office in a full‑time hybrid capacity, working directly with clients to evaluate performance, uncover strategic opportunities and design data‑driven growth road‑maps. The role blends market analysis, workshop facilitation and hands‑on implementation of BEAMRA’s AI‑powered platform to drive measurable operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and internal analyses to identify performance gaps and growth levers.
• Lead client workshops and co‑create strategic road‑maps, business plans and financial models.
• Translate high‑level strategy into actionable initiatives and oversee implementation of AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor key metrics, adjust recommendations and ensure successful execution.
• Prepare presentations and detailed reports for senior stakeholders, advising on best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants on consulting methodologies and strategic frameworks.

Required profile

• Saudi citizen or legal resident of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and build business cases.
• Proven consulting experience with a track record of leading client engagements and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in business planning, roadmap development, financial modelling and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with technology‑driven solutions, preferably AI or data‑analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Riyadh and manage multiple projects.
