Cabin Service Instructor

About the role

The Cabin Service Instructor designs and delivers customer‑service training for cabin crew and frontline staff, ensuring service excellence aligned with flyadeal’s brand standards. The role supports both regular operations and ACM‑based wet‑lease programmes, keeping training current with operational and commercial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initial, recurrent, upgrade and ad‑hoc training programmes for cabin crew.
• Conduct specialised sessions on grooming standards, cabin service procedures, galley management, POS and inflight sales, Hajj & Umrah operations and charter flights.
• Provide customised training for ACMI, wet‑lease and third‑party crews to meet flyadeal service standards.
• Apply adult‑learning methodologies and interactive facilitation techniques.
• Create, update and version‑control training materials, presentations, job aids and assessment tools.
• Revise content in response to operational updates, service changes and commercial initiatives.
• Offer post‑training coaching, feedback and performance support to cabin crew.
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support line trainers and cabin crew performance teams with coaching tools and service‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Business or related field; equivalent airline experience may be considered.
• Minimum three years of experience in airline cabin crew operations, customer service or aviation training.
• Proven track record delivering instructor‑led customer‑service or soft‑skill training.
• Train‑the‑Trainer or Instructional Design certification (required); Customer Service or Service Excellence certification (preferred).
• Additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Conflict Management, IATA or ICAO are advantageous.
