About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails promptly.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Saudi nationals only, female candidates.
- Native proficiency in Arabic.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with patience and good problem‑solving skills.
