Camp Boss – Construction Site Management

About the role

The Camp Boss will lead the on‑site camp operations for a leading civil construction company handling residential, commercial and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. This position ensures a safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated living and working environment for all field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp activities, including accommodation, catering, and utilities.
• Manage a team of camp staff, ensuring clear communication and effective conflict resolution.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and first‑aid procedures.
• Plan and control camp budgets, activity schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate logistics for material deliveries, transportation, and equipment storage.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) – regular programme.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with Gulf exposure.
• Valid Indian Light Vehicle License.
• Open to Indian candidates only.
