About the role

The Cardiac Care Nurse 3 provides advanced‑level nursing care within the Cath Lab unit at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Al‑Hasa. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient cardiac services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex cardiac cases, adhering to clinical protocols.
• Mentor intermediate‑level nurses and precept new hires during probation.
• Manage workflow and resource utilization to support unit efficiency.
• Participate in the development and evaluation of patient safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency and lifesaving situations using critical thinking and evidence‑based practices.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy medications after completing required competencies.
• Provide patient and family education while respecting privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences.

Required profile

• International Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years).
• Advanced nursing experience in cardiac care, preferably within a Cath Lab environment.
• Ability to mentor and support junior nursing staff.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and professional practice models.
