CCTV Operator – Security Monitoring

About the role

The CCTV Operator is responsible for safeguarding PepsiCo’s facilities by monitoring video surveillance systems and responding to security incidents. This position works closely with security guards, facility managers, and local authorities to ensure a safe environment for employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security of company property and buildings.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security devices during assigned shifts.
• Verify credentials of persons seeking entry at gates and control access.
• Conduct periodic inspections of perimeters, doors, windows, plants, and offices.
• Report theft, damage, suspicious activity, or emergencies to managers and authorities.
• Submit daily security reports, including access control logs and incident records, in line with PepsiCo security standards.

Required profile

• Diploma degree.
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to recognize intruders and confront them appropriately.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures for fire, trespassing, and related situations.

Required skills

• Operation of CCTV and other security devices.
