About the role
The Chief People Officer – Workforce Transformation (CPO‑WT) is a senior executive who will shape and execute people strategies that drive organisational performance, employee engagement and inclusive culture. Reporting to senior leadership, the CPO‑WT will use data‑driven insights to align workforce initiatives with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce transformation programs that support the organization’s goals.
- Partner with executive leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop people‑centric solutions.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion through targeted initiatives across all levels.
- Leverage workforce analytics and metrics to guide decision‑making and improve talent management.
- Drive continuous improvement and adaptability within the workforce by championing change management practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on workforce transformation, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of creating and executing complex HR strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Deep knowledge of current workforce trends, talent management, employee engagement and organizational development.
- Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior executives.
- Advanced understanding of employment law, labor relations and compliance at local, national and international levels.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
