Civil Design Coordinator – AlUla, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Join Bouygues Travaux Publics as a Civil Design Coordinator on the iconic Sharaan Resort project in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will act as the bridge between design and construction teams, ensuring that civil designs are practical, safe, and aligned with project schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with internal technical and construction teams to verify buildability and compliance with safety and method requirements.
• Perform systematic interface checks using the project BIM platform and design documentation.
• Review, compile, and track design documentation, manage comments, revisions, and ensure clear communication of technical information.
• Organize and lead constructability review meetings, gathering and consolidating contractor feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; tunneling experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/BIM viewers and other design collaboration tools.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
