Civil Inspector

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Inspector to supervise and inspect civil and road works on‑site, ensuring that all activities comply with project specifications, design drawings and applicable construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil and road construction works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Monitor daily site activities, report non‑conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Validate quantities, oversee quality control of all civil works and review material submittals, shop drawings and method statements.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and internal site teams on progress and technical issues.
• Ensure execution follows approved method statements and safety regulations.
• Support progress reporting and technical evaluations for the project team.
• Guarantee adherence to relevant authority standards such as MOT, RCRC or equivalent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil and road construction projects.
• Proven experience in supervision or inspection roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications and quality‑control procedures.
• Familiarity with local and international regulatory standards.
