About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will join a leading medical device company in Riyadh, providing clinical guidance and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This role ensures safe and effective use of the company’s products through training, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients and caregivers.
• Assist with patient onboarding, follow‑up activities, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Respond to clinical enquiries and offer product‑related advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and maintain consistent service delivery.
• Support educational initiatives and awareness programs within the healthcare community.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience.
• Experience in medical devices, patient care, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on training healthcare professionals.
• Patient‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
