Clinical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join a leading medical‑device company in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing clinical guidance, education and product support to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to ensure safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Provide clinical guidance and education to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Support patient onboarding, follow‑up activities and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Respond to clinical enquiries and offer product‑related advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and maintain consistent service delivery.
• Participate in educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Experience in medical devices, patient care or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to train and engage healthcare professionals.
• Patient‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Saudi national residing in Riyadh.
