Cluster Chief Accountant – Makkah

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Chief Accountant to lead accounting operations across our hotels in Makkah. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance and supports strategic decision‑making for the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting processes for multiple hotel locations, ensuring consistency with corporate policies.
• Supervise, mentor and develop accounting teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Prepare, review and validate financial statements in line with Saudi regulations, tax and Zakat requirements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, conduct internal audits and manage risk mitigation.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; SOCBA certification.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations, tax laws and Zakat compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑location accounting teams and manage inter‑company consolidations.
