Cluster Reservations Agent – Saudi National

About the role

The Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all reservation enquiries for the St. Regis property on Ummahat Island. This full‑time position serves Saudi nationals and ensures a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
• Identify guest needs, determine appropriate room types and verify availability.
• Explain guarantee, special rates and cancellation policies to callers.
• Document special requests and answer questions about property facilities and services.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input correct codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale reservations.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and ensure guest privacy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software.
• Strong sales and customer‑service techniques.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
