Commercial Director – Mixed-use

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy for its mixed‑use development projects. The role will shape bidding, contract negotiations and client relationships to ensure successful delivery and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with JASARA’s mixed‑use vision.
• Lead all commercial activities, including bidding, contract negotiations and client relationship management.
• Drive business development to expand the project portfolio and market presence.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance and legal teams to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation.
• Oversee and mentor the commercial team to optimise performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor actions, providing strategic insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in mixed‑use developments or related sectors.
• Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation and business development.
• Strong leadership experience managing commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of the Middle‑East construction and development market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory and compliance requirements (preferred).
