Communications Leader – META Region

About the role

The Communications Leader will shape and deliver Honeywell’s brand story for internal and external audiences across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the broader META region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications for Latin America and EMEA, this hands‑on role blends strategic planning with tactical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive an integrated internal and external communications strategy aligned with business objectives for the KSA&B region.
• Lead regional media programmes, linking them to business strategy and industry trends.
• Design and execute executive positioning initiatives for the regional President, securing top‑tier media coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key reporters and manage media inquiries across the META region.
• Create innovative tactics to deliver compelling messaging to geographically dispersed employee groups.
• Support major initiatives, organizational transitions, leadership changes and other high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of in‑house communications experience in a large, matrixed B2B organization.
• Outstanding written English communication skills; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Deep knowledge of political, economic and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the wider MENA region.
• Proven ability to translate complex technologies into engaging stories.
