Conference Producer – Construction Summit (Saudi National)

About the role

The Conference Producer will be responsible for creating high‑quality, industry‑relevant summit and workshop programmes that meet the needs of the construction market. You will develop and grow the summit and industry‑talk portfolio across dmg events’ construction exhibitions, generating fresh topics and securing leading speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and curate summit, conference and workshop programmes that align with construction industry trends.
• Manage CPD accreditation for all delivered programmes.
• Oversee onsite delivery of programmes, briefing and supervising temporary staff.
• Research market viability, identify key industry leaders and institutions, and secure speakers.
• Maintain regular communication with speakers to minimise last‑minute cancellations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to promote programmes and generate leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with advisory boards, industry associations and delegates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of content production experience for B2B events, preferably in the construction sector.
• Ability to quickly grasp diverse construction topics and translate them into compelling programmes.
• Strong networking, information‑gathering and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Desirable experience in the Middle East market, copywriting and database‑marketing knowledge.
