Construction Manager – Aramco Approved Oil & Gas Pipeline Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead an Aramco‑approved oil and gas pipeline project in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and budget the pipeline construction, using project management software to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards, quality benchmarks, and environmental regulations.
• Lead weekly progress meetings, provide status reports to senior management, and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, solution‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale oil and gas pipeline construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
