Construction Manager – Landscape

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead landscape construction projects, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities from project start to handover.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules and execution strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and labour forces.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource utilisation, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and approved method statements.
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement and logistics teams.
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings and work methodologies.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope and deliverables to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify construction risks and resolve technical or site‑related issues efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts and site documentation for management review.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior site leader on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.
• Solid understanding of safety standards, quality control procedures and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., project scheduling software).
