Construction Manager (Large‑Scale Projects)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a forward‑thinking Construction Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to handover. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while supporting the company’s visionary development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality targets.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure design intent and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
• Engage stakeholders, provide project updates, and address community or authority concerns.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the construction team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
