About the role

The Consulting Associate Principal is a senior leader responsible for driving end‑to‑end consulting engagements, shaping strategic solutions and managing key client relationships. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures delivery excellence and contributes to the firm’s growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end consulting engagements across strategic and transformation projects.
• Develop and design high‑level strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and scope alignment.
• Drive business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and service offerings.
• Review and approve deliverables to meet consulting quality standards.
• Mentor and guide consulting team members and support capability development.
• Support revenue growth and ensure successful execution of commercial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10‑15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Strong background in management consulting or Big 4/strategy firms.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation or government projects.
• Excellent client management and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
