Controller – Port Operations (Jeddah)

About the role

The company is seeking a Controller to lead financial management for its Jeddah port operations. The role is critical for ensuring accurate accounting, robust financial analysis, and compliance with international standards while supporting the growth of a leading dockyard business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost‑management reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit documentation.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and risk‑management processes.
• Handle tax preparation and compliance matters.
• Provide timely financial reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a port or dockyard environment.
• Open to candidates currently residing in India and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and port‑related financial operations.
