Corporate Lawyer – Commercial Transactions & Litigation

About the role

The firm is seeking a driven Lawyer to support daily legal activities, lead workstreams under supervision, and deliver accurate, timely solutions for complex corporate matters. You will work on drafting, transactions, litigation support, and legal research within a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide precise legal recommendations for complex transactions and propose amendments to legal documents.
• Participate in legal due diligence and support M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Manage legal files, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools to ensure organized workflow.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Write legal articles and newsletters to support firm knowledge and client communication.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in Arabic; strong English proficiency is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law, including cross‑border matters.
