Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for corporate banking clients, ensuring high‑quality service and driving growth of the credit portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The role combines client relationship management, credit analysis, and business development to meet the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the bank as the main liaison for corporate customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with clients at appropriate seniority levels through proactive service and sound banking knowledge.
• Manage an existing book of business while identifying new opportunities with institutional clients to expand the asset book in line with the business plan.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs in customer management.
• Prepare accurate statements and reports to satisfy operational, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties or assignments as directed by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (Saudi nationals preferred).
• 2‑5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and balance‑sheet interpretation.
• Advanced negotiation and communication abilities.
